Crushing triple c's ok?

i usually take triple c's (family dollar cough and cold) in pill form. but i thought about it and would it be easier and better to crush them up first? the pills wouldn't own to sit in your stomach and digest..so u wouldn feel too bad

sooo is it ok to crush up these pills?

they hold Dextromethorphan and Chlorpheniramine Maleate

You should NEVER crush up pills that are meant to be swallowed whole. Medications needs to be released into your system at the right speed. Capsules, tablets, liquid and powders are all absorbed by your body at different speeds
