I can say that there may be severe consequences of taking such a drug lacking a valid Rx, so if that is what you're asking, then that is my response. I have be taking adderall without a perscription for a few years, usually only for studying/tests, and the side effects aren't anything to be too concerned about, however the severity of them depends on the dosage. The most adjectives "bad" effects are feeling jittery, tachycardia (increased heart rate), paranioa and mood swings. You will definately notice some changes contained by mindset and amounts of concentration, as well as dry-mouth (which is very common). For the most part, adderall have really helped me stay focused, concentrate, and not feel hungry all the time, which isnt too discouraging :)
