How detailed does your medical history necessitate to be to donate eggs?

I've skimmed through several of the egg donation threads and have yet to find anything that touches on this question. I grasp how the process works and it doesn't intimidate me, so I'm fairly set on donating if I'm eligible. I qualify for the fitness/looks and intelligence portions, I'm close to getting my associates degree. I'm only 18, but looking through here it seem there's no decisive response as to whether that disqualifies me. My medical history is clear as far as I know, the exception being my grandfather who died in a hunting stroke of luck, he happened to be adopted so I don't have anyone to contact within regards to his information.

You need to be very thorough and know your genetic and medical histories of your parents and grandparents. It is closely of detailed information so get a cheat sheet from the clinic to start working on the answers early. Also, don't ask too many question of your parents because they get suspicious. Space out your questions and if they ask tell them it is for a inheritance project or you are researching the family tree or filling out the paperwork for your doctor. Be cool and good luck.
Usually you call for to have several generations of reasonable robustness histories: cancers, heart problems, genetic disorders etc. But many clinics have different criteria and some potential clients will want more information from the donor. If your grandfather be adopted, you should still know his general health concerns from your parents or aunts/uncles as ably as your parents, siblings and your own health issues. I was looking into doing this a few years back and I gather up all the same information you would want to give a unmarked doctor: family history of allergies, chemical dependencies, cancer, heart disease, dementia, how parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles and so forth died. I got info back roughly 5 generations just so I could offer it, but it wasn't important. The place I was considering wanted general robustness history back 3 generations. I am not sure if you are old plenty. I think that may be a state-by-state legality/guideline.
