What is the best over the counter prescription for sinus drainage?

My throat is a little sore and I have all sorts of drainage. I've tried a bunch of medicine but would welcome reccomendations. Thanks!

The Mucinex spray works wonders.
My daughter and I tried every thing else, and nothing worked, But the spray specifically works.
Saline sprays or neti pots are the best. They flush out the nasal cavity and open up the sinuses. Source(s): med student
