It's ok to appropriate 4 vicodins 2 days until that time anesthesia?
i snorted a half pill, then I swallowed the other half + 3 other pills
is this ok? i'm getting a shoulder surgery on Monday

Tell your anesthesiologist exactly what you did and when so they can plan an anesthetic that won't kill you or leave you in horrible affliction.
Continued use of opiates when you don't need them for pain can really backfire on you. There's a condition called opiate-induced hyperalgesia, which system that you start feeling pain for things don't that normally do pain. (That's why heroin users are such weenies). That's in addition to the risks of respiratory depression, constipation, urinary retention, etc. that move about with any opiate use.

Um, why the heck are you snorting it? Thats crazy - it isn't meant to be allowed to cross the blood-brain weir that way. And frankly, that is a ton of hydrocodone and acetiminophen to take at one time. You do know that stuff kick the crap out of your liver, don't you? I mean, people seriously damage their livers by taking too much contained by a short period of time. You have need of to call the hospital and check so you do not have complications during the surgery.
Not smart but probably not lethal especially if you are still up and chitchat. They will be completely out of the system in 12 to 24 hours. Snort Vicodin?? That's stupid, insane and risky. Don't do that again. I really don't want to see you as a statistic or in the obituary column. Get smart and heal right.
