Is the procedure certain as Balloon Sinuplasty available contained by Australia but?

Balloon Sinuplasty is a treatment for chronic sinusitis. I know the Alfred ran a trial on this in 2005 and that it's a procedure available in America so why not here? I'd love some answers on this one as I suffer beside chronic sinusitis and I'd love to be able to fix it.
