Pretty much 52 weeks and 1 day. 30 days own September, April, June, and November (equals 120). February has 28 days.(28) The seven other months have 31 days each (equals 217). 217+28+120=365.
This is not drug, it's astronomy. The year is defined by the time it takes the earth to orbit the sun once, the day by the time it take the Earth to rotate once on its own axis. There is no scientific reason why one should be a multiple of the other. Indeed, the year is close to 365.25 days, which is why we insert an extra day every 4 years but enjoy to make special provision for the centuries. There is certainly no reason why the year should be an exact number of weeks, and indeed in that is no reason, apart from arbitrary historical decision, that the week should be made up of 7 days.

If your interrogate were correct then a date (March 1st for instance) would fall on equal day of the week for three years straight. Didn't you ever notice that your birthday falls on different days each year?
