Will lortab show up within a lab urine question paper if it be refusal surrounded by a home urine testing?

I recently stopped taking lortab after about two years of taking it on a regular basis. I solitary took one a day however, Three days ago was the last time I took any and today my boss popped a all over the place on me after the random I went out and bought a home test and it be negative. Should I be worried?
