Who be the man who inserted a tube of blood surrounded by arm to avoid charges?

I saw it on a true crime show once, he inserted a tube of someone else's blood into his arm and when the crime lab drew blood, it came out of the tube instead of the man's arm. in fact, if i remember correctly they took blood twice, after noticed his second sample looked "old"... and i just saw an episode of Law and Order: SVU and one of the characters did alike thing to fool a paternity test. someone, please tell me who the definite guy was who put the tube of blood in his arm!! Thanks!!

The episode was call "Serendipity," and apparantly some Canadian sleaze doctor named John Schneeberger tried the same thing. Three times. He injected one of his 'patients' beside a drug that immobilized her, then raped her. The patient go afterwards to a hosptial for a rape kit. When the police became involved, Schneeberger surrendered a blood sample from his arm for DNA. No clash. He then submitted another sample after the victim insisted that he be her attacker. However, there was no match. Baffled, the martyr and her family hired a private investigator. The PI obtained a tube of chapstick belonging to Schneeberger that was a clash to the fluids on the rape kit. So (after four years) Schneeberger submitted another sample, but this time, the blood was black contained by color (because blood congeals when not circulating through the body.) Canadian police thought that this was 'strange,' (no kidding) but since there was still no genetic clash, he was let go.
Later, Schneeberger's wife become aware that Schneeberger was molesting her daughter (his stepdaughter.) She went to the police, and they (finally) took a blood sample from another place surrounded by his body. This time it was a genetic match.
He was convicted of 2 counts sexual assault, 1 count using a drug to commit assault, 1 count hindrance of justice. He was only given a six year sentence, to be followed by deportation rear to his native Zambia.
Hope I helped!
