Is it possible to to enjoy a fit pregnancy taking Lortab and Effexor?

I have two children and my fiance and I would love to have just an alternative after we get married. My doctor did ok my Effexor when I was pregnant and my son is just fine. But I be wondering if anyone knows what adverse side effects there would be to me taking Lortab during my pregnancy. I don't in any means of access want to harm my baby, but I 2 herniated disks and a lumbar injury that I just can't do hours of daylight to day tasks without. Help please? No rude replies please.
