Answers:
how old are you?
where on earth exactly is the pain?
were you doing anything when the pain occur? (perhaps strenuous activity, landing after one of your fun fun jumps)
is there pain on movement or is it constant?
type of twinge? burning, ache etc?
severity of pain?
does the pain radiate anywhere (back of your leg etc)
does it carry better when you are in a certain position? is the pain relieved by any medication?
does anything make the pain worse?
have you ever have any pain like this before?

lots of question for you to answer. but if i assume you are young because you are jumping off things, it sounds most credible like a muscle sprain which isnt too much of a problem. resting will be adequate for an injury such as that, maybe a hot tub or some home remedies you know of.

another common reason is sleeping position. if you slept on a uneven surface back/neck affliction can ensue. again sleeping on a bed or a slightly hard surface can help.

however, if you are concerned about it, it is best to see a doctor as they will be capable of ask all those questions plus more, and perform an nouns. there are hundreds of causes of back aching so it may not be as i say, especially since i only know you have subsidise pain.

internet diagnoses are the worst kind, and will rarely be correct.
oh and if jump off something gives you back misery, i think its reasonable to assume that you shouldnt jump sour things anymore.
strength hamstring strength by try'n to touch ur toes with ur legs straight and knees not bent at first u my not be able to but after doing it about 3 times 10 second each time u will feel better tightness of the hamstring causes alot of muscle pains within the lower back area strentgh before and after running or working out GOD BLESS PEACE!
