Melatonin sleeping pills?
im really depressed and just out of it, and i just want to go to sleep so what would happend if i cart two pills

Melatonin is benign. Take the whole bottle. Don't really, because of conservation, but well, yea basically take the two (or three).
I take 2 melatonin pills, 3mg. respectively, on nights when I can't sleep and it helps me a lot. If you're clinically depressed, please articulate to your doctor about anti-depressants.. They can help you so much and in this sunshine and age, no one should have to suffer with depression. Please return with some help; you will be so glad that you did. Good luck and God bless you.
