After surgery, a few weeks next the doctor removed stitches. She did removed adjectives but one, which she forgot...?

Would this be considered malpractice and can anything be done about this, before I go to the doctor and ask her to remove it.

This is the reason health care costs are so elevated and MDs are dropping Obstetrics. Insurance premiums are too high and they order every test underneath the sun to cover themselves, which people don't need. Hey! I've got an view! YOU be a doctor!
Did the doctor intend to leave your job the stitch in there, for whatever justification? And you're the reason why doctors have such a hard time doing their job: You're considering suing for medical malpractice over a single stitch. Really? The point of suing for medical malpractice would be to prevent doctors from showing up drunk, doing whatever they want and a half-assed job, then walking away near the money. You can contact the doctor again, see if it was a mistake or intentional, then schedule a early appointment to have it removed if it was unintentional and requests to be removed.
what a crap doctor you should sue her for everything she is worth. you poor point.

of course if you did, you would lose. its a stitch, its not dangerous. just run to the local A&E or go see your doctor to have it removed.

is simple human error. doctors are people too.
