A query for docters i own a side effect to my medication tegretol 400 mg it is loss of appetite would they?

Unfortunately loss of appetite is a documented side effect ot Tegretol (carbamazepine). The only option to get hold of your appetite back would be to stop the medication. That may not be in your best interest. You just hold to remind yourself to eat. Other than speaking with your Physician to discuss alternative medications, it's the best counsel I can give you.
