What can be done to get the impression better after you donate blood & seize a inoculation?
(Sorry for repeating this question. I posted a similar one before and cannot find it.)
I donated blood for the first time 3 days ago at a Red Cross blood drive. I fainted/blacked out an hour after donating. (I'm 17, 116 pounds, and it was my first time donating.) I kept seeing spots that daytime. I feel ok afterwards, just a little unsubstantiated. (By the way, I did EVERYTHING they said, like eating, drinking river, etc. I wasn't nervous or anything.)
2 days ago, I had my 3rd/final HPV vaccination on impossible to tell apart arm I donated blood. It still hurts like CRAZY. I feel even weaker, and right after, I was SO dizzy. (I DID inform the nurse I donated blood. She said it be ok, but I'm really not sure how good she is at her job...)
I just have a feeling like a MESS! I feel weak and dizzy and tired, even though I'm sleeping 9 hours every dark ever since I donated. I don't know if it's just the HPV shot or a combination w/ the donating blood, but I feel awful. Should I bother going to the doctor? Is there anything a doctor can do to label me feel better? (Medication?) Or do I need to wait this out?

up to that time and after you donate blood, eat something!! this is very important. manufacture sure you have a good iron level by ingestion foods that are really rich in iron like green leafy vegetables, fish, meats etc. again, after you've eat, eat some cookies and drink some juice and go around your regular activities. avoid doing strenuous activities for the rest of the day. if you said you've done adjectives this, you should probably go see your doctor because this is not right. you should be feeling better by now. it could be serious so bring in an appointment soon. hope you feel better and good luck!
