Love Source(s): try it, and see
lithium is quite strong, but it's used mostly for bipolar rather than depression. antidepressants aren't necessarily strong, because the point of an antidepressant is to regulate the chemicals in your brain. so strength doesn't really event, it's just whatever works for you, and regulates your chemicals best with the most minuscule amount of side effects, whether that be zoloft, paxil, prozac, wellbutrin, effexor, whatever. i mean, for many those SSRI's work great, for others TCAs work better. they are meant to accommodate your brain, not be strong or weak.
edit: green_tara00 below me states "exercise". i consider you mean medication when you say antidepressant, but if you don't know already, which i'm pretty sure you do due to past answers and conversations, exercise is a great process to feel better, along with eating a full-bodied diet, and regulating your sleeping schedule.
