Extreme shabbiness for a 17 year weak?

I donated blood for the first time 3 days ago at a Red Cross blood drive. I fainted/blacked out an hour after donating. (I'm 17, 116 pounds, and it was my first time donating.) 2 days ago, I had my 3rd HPV vaccination on like arm I donated blood. I felt even weaker, and right after, I was SO dizzy. (I DID inform the nurse I donated blood. She said it was ok.)

I perceive weak and dizzy and tired, even though I'm getting enough sleep/food. What can I do? Can a doctor prescribe any medication? I really can't go on close to this, because I have a pretty rough school week coming up.

You should also get tested for anemia....

But these syptoms do come from blood loss from factor such as the loss of iron... a needed mineral in the body..

GET TESTED FOR ANEMIA IT IS THE SAFEST THING TO DO... Source(s): Doctor
I'm the same way. I'm getting tested for anemia within a few days. Maybe you should too
