People have died undergoing plastic surgery. Just throwing it out there
lowered self esteem for the rest of your vivacity.
If you feel bad enough give or take a few who you are to go under the knife, you'll never touch "good enough" and you'll always worry give or take a few your appearance.
There are more important things in life than self-importance.
Every surgery has side effects. The anesthesia that you'll need has potentially lethal effects so there's no reason to think that plastic surgery is somehow not "real" suregery when it's every bit as real as any other sugery.
