Answers:
That is not from toxins it's from human being too hot and you'll pass out if you don't cool down soon.
If you've been exposed to a lot of toxins, these get stored contained by your fatty tissues. If you're doing a proper sauna detox, your body will mobilize them from your fatty tissues into your bloodstream, where they can be expelled by your skin and liver.
Unfortunately, those toxins will end up every place else in your body, and can hold the same effect on you as when you were originally exposed. There isn't a way to purge your body of toxins lacking them first ending up in your blood.
If you're doing your detox correctly, you should be taking vitamins, nutrients and plenty of water. If you're not, you're getting dizzy from dehydration or because your getting your body further out of whack. Source(s): http://saunascape.com/tag/detox/
The apology you get dizzy in a sauna is not because of toxins, it is because of either the shock of the boil making your blood pressure drop. Or if you have been in near a long time, it can be due to dehydration.
