HELP! I get the impression resembling crap! =(?

I donated blood for the first time 3 days ago at a Red Cross blood drive. I fainted/blacked out an hour after donating. (I'm 17, 116 pounds, and it was my first time donating.) 2 days ago, I had my 3rd HPV vaccination on equal arm I donated blood. I felt even weaker, and right after, I was SO dizzy. (I DID inform the nurse I donated blood. She said it was ok.)

I perceive weak and dizzy and tired, even though I'm getting enough sleep/food. What can I do? Can a doctor prescribe any medication? I really can't go on similar to this, because I have a pretty rough school week coming up.
Answers:
it's probably nothing. if you've lost blood, afterwards your fatigue most likely stems from a lack of nutrients and blood in your system. intake fruit and some complex carbohydrates would likely replenish your energy and repair your healthy outlook.

It should be noted that if you've got increased pain and or redness or swelling to hand the area where they drew blood, then you may hold a viral/bacterial infection. "Mono" is an infection that can cause some noticeable fatigue, but it's unlikely that you caught it from either shot. If it is mono, you would enjoy very painful white sores in the final of your throat.
