Honestly answer please surgery...?

well i am having some pains below the belt.. this is the second time i think i involve surgery for it. sharp pains in my testys. I am only 14 so now channel i can get it by myself. I think i will tell my mom/dad and be approaching "mom/dad it honestly feels like i got kicked below the belt, can we progress to a hospital? I have had sharp but quick pains but immediately it feels really bad"
I know It may make me seem dramatic but I antipathy talking about under within... any tips how to tell em
