The pill in question is known as Darvocet, it is a to some extent weak opioid narcotic alagesic combined with a large dose of Tylenol (Acetaminophen). If you own no tolerance to opiates, a few of them will produce euphoria and pain-killing effects.

Be careful with this type of medication, as the large dose of Tylenol is habitually more dangerous than the narcotic. Tylenol is extremely hard on the liver, ESPECIALLY if you consume alcohol with it.
