Help me! analytical scholar needed!?
ok we separated lymphocytes from blood..
we prepared 3 slides..
1st slide: wright stain (discovered that lymphocyte purity is 90%)
2nd slide: fluorescence staining specific to b cells(discovered b lyphocyte population was 50%)
3rd slide: fluorescence staining specific to t cells(discovered t lymphocytes to be 90%)
we were told to do correlation between 1st slide and (2nd and 3rd slide)..umm any idea? we've already cracked our team leader on this..
Answers:
the type of staining makes no difference. focus on what you found and compare it to normal values. For example, b lymphocytes were 50%, so what is the average value for b lymphocytes?
