Help, Iron Pill dissolved within my mouth...?

Okay so I don't know if this is a big deal but I just want to make sure it's okay...

I usually cart my iron pills by mouth, take a big gulp of water and then swallow surrounded by less than a second.

But today, I was totally distracted and the pill was a moment ago in my mouth with the water and by the time I swallowed it, it be almost completely dissolved already. I keep burping a lot now sooooo is this okay or should I do something resembling drink lots of water or what!??
