Over the Counter Productes for Hemmeroids?
I think I have hemmoroids...I can't pass a bowel movement because it hurts approaching hell.......this is the first time i have felt like this.
What do i do?

also Tucks, hemorrhoids are like extra skin "hanging" out of your bum hole, they may or may not contain blood. You could just be constipated. It could also just be really solid feces(poo), you could also buy a stool softener- Lactulose is a especially good product, all natural fruit sugars and it doesn't motive diarrhoea like exlax and stuff. Get some 1 or 2% hydrocortosone cream and some non-sterile gloves.
Put a small blob of Hydrocortisone in the tip of your gloved finger, and introduce it into the rectum. 2-3 times a day-use . Cools the inflamation and itching down. And get a bulking agent-use on a daily basis , and some Milk of Magnesia tabs so you do not get constipated. There are much more expensive combinations , some prescription meds that essentially do the same piece. If the pain continues , get someone to look. Hemorrhoids are not the only problem surrounded by that area. Don't know your age, but even relatively young people attain CA of the rectum. Source(s): MD-
If you aren't sure see your doctor .... If you are sure use preparation H and rob hot baths . The hot baths will shrink it in time .
