What does it connote when a nurse say you appear to own a massive brain stem?

I recently had a MRI. The doctor said the MRI looks completely normal. But when I first have the MRI the nurse had said all she can tell right very soon is it appears you have a massive brain stem. I said is that generally related to a high IQ?! She said yes it is! and do you enjoy a high IQ?

Does anyone else have a idea what it could be related to other later I'm probably not autistic or retarded?
