Is at hand any meds for my friend?

My friend, about 1 month ago, came down with this horrible fright of throwing up in public... well he's been dealing near it a little better.. but a new issue has come up, he get really, really grossed out easily now.. like if he see's a repulsive car or a run-down house, he will get nauseated and almost puke.. or if he sees someone thats unadulterated dirty or nasty out in public, he will feel sick... he never have this before & it all started with coming down beside the fear of getting sick.

Why is grossed out now? Whats causing that? Any treatment?
Answers:
He wishes a counselor. It should only take a few visits to achieve that straightened out.

Also, maybe he should visit his family doctor. Maybe he have a stomach problem that is making this happen.
i wouldnt think theres any meds for it, this seem like... i cant remember the name... but its a psychological issue that makes family either feel like theyre sick constantly, or be extremely afraid of self sick, have him see a psychiatrist
