What happen when you only stop taking anti-depressants?

I've been on Lexapro for 3 months now 10 mg a day along next to adderall 20mg twice daily. But a few days ago I just stopped taking my anti-depressant because I no longer feel approaching I need it. And I'm doing great with no withdraws symptoms at adjectives. Is this because of the adderall? I'm not sure if it's healthy to Just stop and I should just lower my dosage until I'm taking close to nothing. Is this true? What should I do? And what are some cancel symtoms that I should look for?
Answers:
Lower your dosage slowly until you are taking none at all. That is much healthier. You should talk to your doctor just about how to do this.
