How severe are the sexual side effects of lexapro?

i heard it can make sexual abilities *ejaculation, potency, struff approaching that* wither, but i also heard that it can help people near those problems to begin with. i ahve clinical depressiona nd i am taking lexapro, i ahve had an unusual sex energy, due to my lifestyle of alcohol, drugs, and smoking, but i also have been wrecked with depression since i be a child. im thinking if i take the lexapro, i will decrease my desire to drinka nd do drugs, and it might actually manufacture me have higher self esteem. if not next what are some general side effects and how common are they?
