When you lose immensity - and size - how does that blanket of your body in fact evacuate your body?

how does it exit? "Burning it off" sounds well and good but what does that mean within real terms?

thank you
Answers:
the cells we feel of as carrying the fat in our body are produced specifically for that purpose. Essentially, they are reservoirs of fat. when we exercise, these cell secrete the fat, which is in turn combusted contained by the body to produce useful energy. Thus, the volume of fat decrease, and so does body size. You don't really lose your fat cells. they just grow or shrink depending on plump content of the body. Hope this helps
The same way any other substance leaves the body. Through excrement, breath, and sweat.
A lot of what is lost when we burn fat is river weight, and that leaves through sweat and urine.
When lipids (fats) are converted to glucides in the bloodstream and then "burned" contained by the muscles it produces carbon dioxide and water, which leaves in the breath and urine.
Sweating also eliminates fatty substances call sebum.
