What description of doctor should I become?
I am very, very interested and like studing seriously endocrinology and neuro-surgery. I would want to be a doctor for a school for the deaf, that would be my goal. I need studies at a medical institution that are average not extremly hard. That's not wrong nor is it cheating and I am not lazy this is just what I prefer.

All medical curricula are alike, therefore it doesn't matter where you stir your going to have to learn the same topics as every other medical student within the country, however teaching does differ.
If your really not sure then let medical institution show you. You will have to spend a few weeks within each department during your training anyway, permit that show you the pros and cons of the different departments and then you can decide which specialty you want to pursue.
