is it safe to use multivitamins & minerals with phenytoin & levetiracetam & what antibiotic suitable to take beside them ?

Penicillin and erythromycin are OK, trimethoprim is not, so on a quick search some antibiotics are OK and others are not. So you would need to look at these on a armour by case basis.
