Does suboxone show up on a drug question paper? do labs examination for it?

i have a drug test coming up to get a post. i've taken suboxone to get myself off other opiates that i want to get out of my natural life. now i know it doesn't show up on 5 panel instant urine tests and that they have to be specifically tested for but will it show up contained by a lab when they test me to get a job? and i'm not going for a big employment either.
