Can you make a contribution yourself an adrenaline rush?

probably not healthily.
the first that come to mind is suffocating yourself for like a minute, but that probably isn't safe. also, I don't think you can wipe out yourself this way, but I definately don't endorse this.
yes i give myself adrenaline rushes all the time,the best path to give yourself a rush, is to try to do something exiting but not something you could get hurt bad doing,similar to jumping a ditch on a motorcycle,or better yet try doing it on a bicycle first, then move up to a motorcycle,simply things like that will give you a great rush,but play it safe and don't try to do the impossible or anything,if you do not hold a motorcycle,then steal one that is an awesome rush,lol ha ha just kid,no seriously if you want an adrenaline rush try doing things like this,push yourself but be smart and don't bite off more than you can chew,get obedient at it first then push the boundaries of self control,and i guarantee you that you will give yourself one heck of an adrenaline rush,good luck,rock out and rock on.

adrenaline can be produced during exercise. It is a naturally occuring chemical in the body, originally aimed at increasing our chances of escape should an animal or opponent be chasing us, back in the cave man days. It help to increase oxygen supply to the muscles to allow our body to run for longer periods of time. If you want to produce adrenaline go for a run until you think you can't run any further next keep running!!
