Can anyone relay me what my problem is?

I am 15 years old. My height is 152 cm (approximately 5 feet) and I way 65 kgs( around 145 pounds.)

I habitually have constipation. I am really lazy. I eat profoundly. I hardly move. Since yesterday (the last time i had constipation) I am reaction a lot of pain in my chest. Can anyone explain why?


Also I sometimes hold a horrible back pain. Can anyone explain this?

And finally since last year i hold become horribly indifferent towards life in general. Is this someting to do next to the fact that i am fat?
