What are Basic/General Imformation you know about doctors. (Doctors in general!)
Answers:
There are many different doctors who specialize in different treatments. They are allowed to distribute medication and prescriptions while caring for their patients. They also report to their patients the best treatment options and help them to achieve a well again life.
I used to have a high regard for ALL doctors surrounded by general but after my negative experience with some doctors who be taking care (or rather NOT taking good thinking, in my opinion) of my dad who had traumatic brain injury due to a road traffic accident, I changed my mind. I almost file a formal complaint against those doctors for gross negligence.
I concluded that just like any other profession or job, here are the good people and the bad ones. It's of late unfortunate that my dad ended up with the doomed to failure ones. But one thing good that comes out of it is that, I've learnt a in one piece lot more about a patient's right and when to exercise or even enforce it.
One more thing though, I believe one of your respondent, Pangolin, is one of those good MDs.... she seem so passionate about her work and she did help answer one of my question... :-)
PS: btw Pangolin, how do you get the time to respond to so many questions, near 4750 best answers to boot ? COOL !
They played operation as a kid, looked-for to help people, so they went to academy for 5 years, and they make the World a better place : )

We are of late regular people who have studied for a million years and have cool job. What exactly do you want to know?
I find it particularly interesting to inject local anesthetics intrathecally (into the spinal fluid). Almost 20 years of doing this and I STILL think it is the coolest thing ever. Like artifice.
Tomorrow I'm working with a thoracic surgeon doing a pneumonectomy and a mediastinoscopy. Not my first choice, but we do get to do one lung ventilation for the first armour, and that's sort of interesting. Source(s): I'm an anesthesiologist and I really love what I do.
