Is it true that antidepressants impose infertility and genetic change?
I read online they cause infertility and other side affects. Is this just bullsh*t or is there truth to statements approaching these

Nope. Well, they can cause anorgasmia, so I guess minus ejaculation there would be some infertility on the man's side, but the sperm are fine. No effects on fertility in woman, and none on the genes.
Total rank BS. I don't believe any antidepressant has ever demonstrated the ability to hurt DNA either in culture or in any live animal studies, or human studies.
Likewise, infertility? Not at adjectives. Not even in animals given many times the human dosages. As the other poster mentioned, they can cause anorgasmia, or disrupt sexual functioning while you're taking them. There's a choice of ways to deal with that including dosage changing, alternative meds, or merely ceasing medications.
