Fentynel patch overdose?

My wife just cut a 100mcg/hr fentynel patch and put one in each side of her mouth. I did not know she did this until she could by a hair`s breadth stay awake, then I was able to attain her to tell me what she did. She is almost non-responsive now. She keeps "turning off" and later gasping for air. What can I do?? Will it wear off??
