Does propranolol create faint?

I know some possible side effects are dizziness and lightheadedness, and they get worse if you stand up too fast, but does it cause actual faint?
Answers:
Beta blocker? I don't think it does. It can if it brings your blood pressure down enough.
It can. It's call orthostatic hypotension, or low blood pressure upon standing. Your doctor can check for this (or you can if you enjoy a blood pressure monitor at home) by taking your blood pressure while lying flat, while sitting up and while standing. To qualify as orthostatic (or postural) hypotension pressure must drop by 20 mm of mercury during contraction of the heart muscles (systole or the top number in your blood pressure reading) and more than 10 mm of mercury during expansion of the heart muscles (diastole, or the bottom number of you blood pressure).
