Get acetaminophen and dayquil?

I currently have the flu. I took acetaminophen to try to reduce it but I am thinking I should take dayquil and nyquil instead. If i start taking, dayquil and nyquil tomorrow(next day), do i own to be worried about overdosing? the warning on the label say dont take dayquil if you are taking another medicine containing acetaminophen. But if i stop, then is it ok to pinch dayquil?

Well acetaminophen, dayquil, and nyquil contain acetaminophen. Only difference is that dayquil and nyquil contain other ingredient to prevent drowsiness, cough etc.

Take one medication and do not take it in combination because it will cause toxicity.
As long as you stop taking the acetaminophen, consequently you can start the Dayquil
