Can contact lenses hold drugs?

Like if you are on a drug can your contact lenses absorb it? When you take them out and put them in the subsequent day can you feel any affects of the drug?

Unless you're using eye-drops, or very specific drugs that are can be excreted within tears. Rifampin comes to mind. But unless your doctor specifically told you not to wear contacts or gave a warning, no.
