Worried what my doctor will read out?
I'm going to the doc tomorrow because I think I have an ear infection, and I also just realize something. I have minor OCD that most people don't know about, and one of my chance habits was plucking out ALL my nose hair basically. I don't know why, but I just did it. I am afraid of what he may say, especially contained by front of my dad...

I doubt your Dr will even look in your nose. Our Dr. has simply examined the ears & throat when there's a possibility of an ear infection. I can't remember a Dr. ever looking in my nose.
If your Dr. says something (which he may likely not - because like mad of people keep their nose spine trimmed or plucked) you could say "My nose hair bothered me and it feel better with out them" or "I like to keep my antenna hairs trimmed/plucked because it looks better". I wouldn't make a big deal out of it and I doubt your Dr. will any.

First of all, is there any way you can dance in to see the doc without your dad being nearby? Usually everything between a doctor and patient is confidential, so unless you really want your dad to be there, there isn't any rationale why he has to be. If it's adding stress to the situation, it's probably best you see him by yourself and just explain to your dad it's soemthing you want to do on your own and i'm sure he'll be really conception about it.
Secondly, don't worry about it too much.. lots and lots of folks have minor cases of OCD, some don't even realize they have it and live with it, minus it really affecting there day to day vivacity. Your doctor will be really understanding as i'm sure he's seen alot of people near different types of ocd, and he'll be able to advise you on what to do. Besides, as corny as it sounds, the hardest step is actually realize you've got a problem and getting help, so the rest is really the easy bit.
Try not to verbs :) Hope it gets sorted out.
