i have never heard the language you speak of, however I can say this.

I am in med school in a minute, I get loads of crap from the us military saying they will pay my tuition and books and pass a living stipend but for every year that you accept money from them, you owe them a year of service after residency. However if you wanna do a competitive specialty like derm, optho, ortho, etc then they will also relieve you get into those at military hospitals.

To answer your question, neither is better than the other bc the military doesnt have any med school it just depends on who pays for it all.
I guess ape man hasn't heard of this place:

Neither is better. If you don't mind owing a huge chunk of your natural life to the military, they offer the advantage of paying for it. You will make significantly smaller quantity income in the military, but you don't have the loans to pay sour, and you're guaranteed to be working.

You have four years of undergrad college to figure it out.

It depends on what you want to do with your natural life.
