my friend just took:
10 Advil
4 Zrytec
& 6 spoonfuls of Tylenol Liquid.
she weighs about 195 pounds, is close to 5'0, and 18 years old.
I'm curious how long will it take to show any symptoms? or won't she get any?
Her parents aren't home, and she won't answer her phone.
so, I surface helpless.

Well the advil wont do anything at all, I know zyrtec are for alergies but I heard they can make you loopy, and the 6 spoonfuls of tylenol is what kids telephone robotripping, so she is probably going to get high off of it, but im not sure roughly speaking the combination of the three drugs. So please do your friend a favor and call a 24 hour pharmacy and ask them about the combination. Then you need to hold calling your friend and tell your parents, maybe even go over nearby and see if shes alright. If your really worried it might be a good idea to call an ambulance. I hope she is okay but if she took adjectives that then she needs help, so an ambulance is probably best so they can capture her the psychiatric help she needs because she is probably suicidal. How do you know she took that if she won't answer the phone. She will probably cause some damage to her internal organs so if she really took this much medication she needs to dance to the hospital now. Not too worried about the zyrtec but all the acetaminophen can do some core damage.
take her *** to the hospital to gether stomach pumped!
If anything happens it will most likely be something with her liver or kidneys. However it take ALOT of things like that to hurt ya... she is probly just gonna get a tummy sting. I know you can take 8 advil safely not recommended but I don't believe it will hurt, You can poison control and they should be able to give you better advice on what to do. The ten advil should put her to sleep and make her quality Kind of sick but wont kill her......... The 4 Zrytec shouldnt do anything to her Unless she leied about how many she took..... Also the Tylenol Shouldnt Reallyt hurt her also Unless she lied more or less that as well... What You need to do honey if she really is your friend Is call someone and notify them What she is trying to do if You really dont want her to succeed in killing her self...... Other than that.. If You dont want to do that.... Tell her to Eat Some bread and drink some milk.... She should be fine honey............ yes, call 911 and get her stomach pumped..unless she have it awile ago. this is really bad. she could die or get really sick in with the sole purpose 4 hours or so!
