About the blood donation?
if a person donated blood to the charity, does the charity will tell him/her blood type?If yes, How long does the charity take to report it?

When you first impart blood, they take a sample to determine which major blood type you are. In Australia, you are given a card, next to your blood group stamped on it. It makes it easy for them to sort out the different blood types.
Sometimes; if you have donated for special purposes (such as registering as a potential bone marrow donor; your blood will be 'phenotyped', which is a more complete analysis of the antibodies surrounded by your blood; but you won't get the results of that test. Phenotyping is expensive; so they only do it within special cases.
If you go through the Red Cross, the first time they take blood (if you don't already have a donor card) they own the main bag along with 3 or 4 interview tubes. The tubes go off to different places for testing. One of them is for blood typing. They will communication you a card 3-6 weeks later that has your blood type. I think you can basically give them the card every time you donate from there on and you are already programmed in the system although I'm sure you still hold to take the preliminary survey thing.
