I briefly stopped taking 10mg Prednisone, should I be worried?
I had a prescription to take 4 for 3 days, then 3 for 3 days(THIS IS WHERE I STOPPED), after 2 for 3 days then 1 for 3 days.
After taking 4 for three days and then the fist day of taking 3, I developed a sore throat, not close to a cold sore throat but like a sensitive to touch upper neck. I kept taking it for two more days, and then I be gone from home all day on the day I be suppose to start the 2 pill a day for 3 days, so I never got a chance to filch it, so this was yesterday, I missed my dose completely yesterday and now today I have a sinus infection discouraging, my neck and shoulders hurt-"sore"
Will I be ok?
I called the on call nurse and she said to basically see my doctor on Monday?

No selective worries there. I've never quite understood why some doctors taper short courses close to that, anyway. As long as you're only taking it for a couple of weeks, there's no worry that you'll suppress your adrenals. The only entity is that the symptoms may rebound, as in your case here, within which case there's no general reason not to re-start.
Prednisone is a steroid which can be tricky to appropriate.
If you take too much, you become immunosuppressed and can get sick easily.
If you lift too little, you also become immunosuppressed because your body hasnt had time to develop corisol to fight off infection.
It be bad that you abruptly stopped the medication but now you shouuld linger to see what your doctor says.
He might start you off on 1 pill a day for a couple of days...
