I am a toxicologist, so I know quite a bit in the order of drugs of all kind. First off, I am not sure what type of work that you do where on earth you feel you are being exposed to toxins. So it is difficult for me to say what may be the lead to. The drug you mentioned, Vicodin, which is the brand name for hydrocodone an is typically mixed with tylenol is an opiod blocker, which changes the course that your brain precieves the pain signal, however it is not a drug that is typically perscribed for headaches. It sounds approaching you are experiencing either migrane headaches or severe tension headache. In that case you can try Excedrin, which is a mixture of asprin, caffiene and tylenol. But if it is to the point where you are getting sick and you think that it may be a result of an exposure icident at work, consequently you should go to the doctor, report it to your supervisor so you can go to the company doc. They will give you the medication that you want, such as nortiptyline or Gabapentin if they are tension headaches, or Imitrex or another drug in that class if they are migrane headache.
