What I do is...
I take a mouth full of water.
consequently pop the pill in my mouth.
swallow slowly, then start drinking more out of a cup/bottle.
works all the time. you just notice the pills.
Well most pills can either be crushed, or open if its a capsule and put into any type of food and eaten, so its weird that your cannot be. But you could put it contained by your mouth and drink a ton of water and then after its swalowed keep drinking so it wont come rear up. Or put it into something like Jello. Just put the pill whole into a bowl of jello that is already made and try and newly push the pill down into the jello so its surrounded and then take a bit and it should just slide right down your throat similar to the jello does. It would probably be easiest if you get those premade cups that they sell in the grocery store within the dairy area.
I have to place the pill as far back in my mouth as possible near out gagging myself. Then I look up at the ceiling and take a drink of water. I hold the drink of dampen in my mouth for a second then swallow slowly. I don't even feel the pill shift down this way.
I know this doesn't help you right this second, but when I was little and research how to swallow pills my mom had me practice with regular m&m's and skittles.
i consistency your pain, i have this problem with my pre natal vitamin. I embezzle it with a soda like coke or sprite. i put it in my mouth clutch a mouth full of soda and put my head back to swallow it. the caffine bubbles hide the reality the pill is even in my mouth.
first, try not to think about it and of late relax as if you do it everyday and your used to it. maybe have the TV on or someone talking to u so u dont deduce about the pill
sometimes when im thinking about the pill i can;t swallow it.
then pop it contained by the mouth, tilt ur head back till u feel ur throat kinda stretching and ur lookin at the ceiling and try to swallow beside a crap load of water (dont worry if um u spill it on urself ) and while ur swallowing adjectives that water hopefully the pill will go down with it
I knew someone who put the pill in peanut butter and took it that course...you could also try a roll or something like ice cream...
