Has chicken-pox become more or smaller number adjectives contained by recent years?

Less common due to vaccine. My two older children had chicken pox when they be 4 and 6. My third child was in fourth grade previously I realized he had never had them, so I have him vaccinated because I hear the older you are, the harder it is on you if you catch them.
