Acai # of pills Pill Question?

I bought Acai Trim at our pharmacy the other day. I've been taking it for 3 days now, and I am seeing that my stomach is a bit tighter. On the bottle it say take 2 pills by mouth once or twice daily. Does this mean that by the wrapping up of the day I should have taken 2 pills in total? Or 4 pills surrounded by total? The wording it a bit confusing. All serious answers are appreciated and possibly an explanation would be helpful. Thanks.

2 pills by mouth once or twice daily.. would mean you would thieve 2-4 pills a day.. depending on if you take the pills once, or twice. either opening you take 2 pills at a time Source(s): i work in the medical field...
